Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE from any reputed Public University with 4- 6 years relevant work experience in large corporate office.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Installation/ Erection, Operation & Maintenance, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like Wal-Mart, Accord & Alliance, C-TPAT along with other ethical/ environmental/technical/building, electrical & fire safety/supply chain security (SCS) etc.
∎ Lead the Utility and Maintenance Team.
∎ Supervise day to day functions.
∎ Ensure all electronic, electrical equipment are always operational and maintained as per the standards specially Generator, compressor, boilers etc.
∎ Ensure a full preventative maintenance plan is established and adhered to.
∎ Direct, control and ensure the effective installation, erection and maintenance of all electrical and electronic equipment.
∎ Negotiate, liaise and direct the work of all external contractors for alterations or additions to electrical and electronic equipment.
∎ Ensure all equipment is maintained as per the rule and regulation of Electrical Inspector and Local Laws.
∎ Good knowledge about BNBC-2006, BNBC-2014 (Draft), Electrical Act 1910, Bangladesh Electricity Rules 1937, NFPA-10, NFPA 13, NFPA 14, NFPA 20, NFPA 22, NFPA 70, NFPA 72 etc.
∎ Able to draw electrical SLD, Layout, sub-station and relevant drawing.
∎ Able to monitor Fire Hydrant System (Standpipe), Fire Alarm System (Conventional/Addressable) and relevant drawing & documents prepare.
∎ Guide and support to Estimation, Procurement and Construction in connection with electrical equipments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to trouble shoot of machines.
∎ Capable to motivate and lead a maintenance team.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Auto CAD
∎ Mentality to frequent visit.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal skills, positive & flexible attitude.
