Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish good HR & admin practice inside SQ Station.
∎ Plan & execute proper security measures inside SQ Station
∎ Prepare administrative budget and ensure budgetary control
∎ Ensure access and material control as per SOP
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping inside SQ Station
∎ Ensure the proper safeguard of intellectual properties of SQ Station
∎ Establish good relationship with local community
∎ Establish good communication among all the officials of SQ Station
∎ Establish good discipline inside SQ Station
∎ Improve self and subordinates' performance continuously
∎ Ensure smooth operation of SQ station's utility: Generator, Boiler, ETP, WTP
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Job Location is Valuka, Mymensingh.
∎ Candidates must have willingness to travel there
∎ Retired Army Officials/Candidates having experience in land and property management will be given preference
∎ Strong personality
∎ Leadership skill
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Sufficient computer knowledge
