∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point), Auto CAD.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on installation of Lift, Generator, Substation and Solar Panel, Water Treatment Plant,Ageback, Central Air Conditioning in high-rise building. Supervise and monitor all electrical equipment's works as per drawing and other relevant documents. Monitor and maintain the quality of electrical work as per design specification. Preparing estimates, checking requisition list, ensure quantity & quality and stock-control. Ability to effectively inspect and review electromechanical equipment's to monitor compliance with building codes, safety codes and other regulations. Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawings related to electric plan. Should have excellent communication skills and must be a strong team player. Ensuring proper utilizations of capital goods, machinery etc.
