Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have working experience with any developer/construction-related (Real Estate) company.
∎ Practical experience of 6 to 8 years, working with management level dealing with support staff i.e. Security Guards, Care Taker, Cleaner, in a well reputed Real Estate/Security Company.
∎ To maintain liaison with agencies/organizations like Police, Traffic, City Corporation Department of Fire Service & Civil Defense, Department of Labor, local influences etc.
∎ Communicate with the Customers (Committees) of service projects to ensure necessary support as per customer requirements
∎ Supervising the entire operational activities of Security Department.
∎ Preparing and supervising the duty roaster and ensue the service standard of team members,
∎ Monitoring recruitment, posting and supervision of support staffs for security team
∎ Visit all ongoing and service projects and surprise night visit to ensure quality of the service.
∎ Supervise and prepare monthly salary, attendance sheet, as well as all reports of Security Dept.
∎ Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work
∎ Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance.
∎ Ensure security of plant, properties, premises & personnel.
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc on administrative issues.
∎ Maintain rapport with the local bodies, foreign representatives and govt. agencies.
∎ Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running.
∎ Update all license, certificates along with the hygienic issues
∎ Ensure administrative related MIS are properly maintain, update
∎ Carry out inquiry/ investigation and take action accordingly.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
∎ Handle communications and negotiations with external suppliers
∎ Manage relationships critical to success the overall purchasing strategy.
∎ Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
∎ Material Requirements planning (Monthly/ Quarterly/ Half-Yearly Yearly).
∎ Ensures smooth supply of materials for construction site.
∎ Follow up delivery planning and co-operate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and Employees to ensure Service Level Agreements, and on time delivery of goods.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
