Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish control of organized General Administration.
∎ Monitor all Regulatory and Legal related affairs.
∎ Coordinating project handover and departmental & interdepartmental duties.
∎ Monitor and ensure proper housekeeping.
∎ Monitor & ensure total stationary management.
∎ Monitor management of all office utility related issue and ensure proper record keeping.
∎ Monitor & guide proper management of all CCTV.
∎ Issuing Air Ticket, Re-Issue, Refund, Void & Others GDS option.
∎ Monitor and ensure proper inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material.
∎ Monitor costs and expenses to assist in Administrative budget preparation.
∎ Oversee facilities services and overall maintenance activities.
∎ Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
∎ Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
∎ Monitor Company vehicle and transport management.
∎ Monitor all Regulatory and Legal related affairs.
∎ Coordinating project handover and departmental & interdepartmental duties.

∎ Any other task or administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicant should have experience in Real Estate Business
