Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ • Candidate must have a Master's Degree from a reputed educational institution.
∎ • Candidate MUST have completed Lead Auditor Training on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000 or respectively at least Internal Auditor Training from any reputed organization home or abroad.
∎ • Candidates with Masters in any of the following disciplines will be preferred:
∎ • MBA / Strategic Management / Human Resources
∎ • Industrial Engineering
∎ • Candidates of various backgrounds welcome to apply given they have work experience in ISO consulting and auditing. Candidates must have minimum 3 years' experience working in this field.
∎ • Candidate MUST have strong written English skills. Candidates with English medium background are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ This candidate will work directly with the Chief Administration Officer to establish and/or oversee the following
∎ - Organizational Efficiency (writing/updating/maintaining Job Descriptions, KPI`s and others)
∎ - ISO Compliance (ensuring all ISO standards are met, maintained and checked).
∎ - Conducting audit of each departments operations and conduct yearly management review meetings.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • The candidate will serve as a Management Liaison between the factories and head office. Candidate will be based in head office but will visit all factories on a regular basis to ensure quality standards are being met and improvements are being made where necessary. Candidate must ensure that Job Descriptions, SOP's and other ISO-related documents are updated regularly and accurately reflect operations.
∎ • Candidate will be in-charge of ensuring all factories and head office are maintaining ISO standards and are ISO compliant.
∎ • Candidate will also work with Human Resource Department of the company to ensure Job Descriptions and SOP's are updated regularly and reflect the true operational nature of the department in question.
∎ • Discuss Quality objectives with top management to set long and short-term targets. Candidate will be in-charge of creating performance metrics (KPI) which match the organization's goal & objectives and be in charge of monitoring and evaluating KPI throughout the company.
∎ • Candidate will be responsible for looking at the organizational efficiency of the company. This will include sitting with all departments across the Head Office and Factories to ensure that they are operating within a budget and constantly looking for ways to reduce cost and increase efficiencies.
∎ • Candidate will be in-charge of all documentation related to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000 in all factories and head office.
∎ • Report non-conformances, identify root causes of production and process issues and implement corrective actions.
∎ • Carry out internal, external, customer & supplier audits.
∎ • Candidate will be in-charge of conducting yearly management review meeting. Must ensure all departments and units are prepared with the required information and are able to illustrate their progress in relation to KPI's and other targets set by the management. Candidate is responsible for conduction any data analysis for management review meetings.
∎ • Ensure process performance & product conformity across all functions.
∎ • Monitor the deployment of Quality Improvement tools like FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D etc. Report progress back to management and ensure works are being carried out.
∎ • Design / streamline processes to facilitate robust quality & environment management systems
∎ • Conduct training programs for employees in QMS, FSMS, Quality Improvement tools like FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D and Customer specific requirements
∎ • Facilitate improvement projects pertaining to Quality Management Systems & Food Safety Management Program
