Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA from any public University with good academic record;
∎ PGDHRM will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall activities of the Administration department;
∎ Dealing with discipline matters Monitoring Security, housekeeping, health, safety and other compliance issues as per labor law;
∎ Responsible for official correspondence & systematic file management;
∎ Monitor worker/staff/officers in/out and leave management;
∎ Ensure fire safety issues at the factory premises;
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 10-12 years of experience in Synthetic Fiber/ Spinning industry with at least 2-3 years in a similar role
∎ Should be competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
∎ Must be well conversant with Labor Law & Rules, Fire Rules, Environmental Law and other related rules & regulations, especially related to Textile Sector.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal office hour;
∎ Ability to take decision based on fact and situation.
