Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor & supervise maintenance work of all vehicles.
∎ To supervise the duties & responsibilities of Security guard's & Officers.
∎ To supervise and monitor the work of Time keeper, Carpenters etc.
∎ To deal with all local purchasing.
∎ Ensure employee's ID card, Visiting Card, File, Bobbin sticker, Production Log book, Bin Card, Time Card, Official forms, Company Pad etc. by timely printing from the vendors
∎ Checking daily OT sheet of Drivers, Helpers, Security Guards, Carpenters, Office Peons, Cleaners, Factory workers & Mgt. employees.
∎ After getting approval from the Hon'ble MD sir, physically go to purchase vehicle parts and workshop to see the progress of work
∎ Monitor daily labor's work.
∎ Monitoring daily carpenter's work
∎ Checking daily fuel distributions list.
∎ Supervise and Control transport pool Car allocation.
∎ Checking monthly CNG bill of Intraco
∎ Keep update of all vehicle related documents i.e. Tax token, Fitness certificate, Insurance papers, route permit etc.
∎ Maintain all office furniture and equipment (with repairing & maintenance).
∎ Ensure repairing & maintenance work of all vehicles.
∎ Collecting all requisitions and taking approval from the Hon'ble MD sir
∎ Physically go for collecting price quotation for printing materials, repairing works from different workshops and Parts retailers .
∎ To ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of International Standard.
∎ Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement in particular to top management.
∎ To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
∎ To ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
