Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and administer company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, TAX and VAT management etc.
∎ Ensure bank reconciliation, stock reconciliation, checking calculation of discounting and confirmation charges in case of deferred L/C to avoid any over payments
∎ Check import related L/C costing with management approval and report on collection in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure regularity in bank reconciliation to provide party payments on time.
∎ Monitor daily production, input output ratio, standard process loss versus actual process loss and report on variable manufacturing overheads.
∎ Check DO (Delivery order) rate, credit control with management approval and monitor SKU wise product costing.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and year end closing and different kinds of financial report.
∎ Responsible for daily checking of Accounting transactions (all kinds of accounts vouchers) like Payment voucher & Receipt vouchers.
∎ Monitor & review the accounting transaction, records, and documentation.
∎ Checking varieties types of party's running & final bills and all kinds of local bill.
∎ Prepare MIS report & Analysis the report monthly. quarterly, half yearly & yearly and submit to management high authority.
∎ Checking Salary, Overtime, Festival Bonus & allowance.
∎ Analysis on future investment and prepare feasibility study on new project (capital budgeting).
∎ Review party wise accounts payable with aged and ensure payment at due time.
∎ Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing budget costs to actual production costs and variance analysis and report to management.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge in accounting software like Quick book will get preference.
∎ Financial report preparation skill
∎ Practical knowledge in IAS(International Accounting System)/ IFRS (International Financial Reporting System), Company Act, Income Tax, VAT
