Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accunting.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA CC.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible to undertake managerial and supervisory tasks related to financial management.
∎ Preparing statement of financial position (Balance Sheet), Profit or Loss and other comprehensive income statement of changes and equity, statement of cash flows (complete financial statement) as per IAS and report monthly/quarterly to the management.
∎ Compile the monthly accounts and present the consolidated financial reports on a regular basis.
∎ To maintain general accounts (petty cash, bank, daily expense bills voucher and journal posting).
∎ Monitoring & checking of all kinds of expenditure.
∎ Preparation & submission of weekly customer statement, supplier statement.
∎ Preparation & submission of daily collection statement.
∎ Preparation of yearly master budget (Production, Sales, Purchase).
∎ All banking transaction, supervision and control.
∎ Conducting internal audit, maintaining banking affairs.
∎ Check and verify all books of accounts of the company.
∎ Deal with daily fund management.
∎ Executing day to day financial activities.
∎ Candidate must have to experience Accounting Software, Tally, ERP software etc.
∎ Perform the duties & responsibilities according to high professional and ethical standard.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
∎ Demonstrated financial/business analysis/cost control skills.
∎ Highly motivated, self-starter, values oriented and able to represent ASF as required.
∎ Good command on MS office and recognized accounting software.
