Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA
∎ M. Com in Accounting., ACCA, CA (CC) from any reputed firm will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & prepare all kinds of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger etc.
∎ Posting of daily collection and expenses in the software.
∎ Monthly reconciliation of dealer receivable and bank deposit.
∎ Reconciliation of dealer account with software and office accounts.
∎ VAT related Register maintain and Return submission Local Circle.
∎ Compile the monthly accounts and present the consolidated financial reports on a regular basis.
∎ Check cash report and variation cash book and status of physical cash, all kinds of challan and cash summary by Accounting Software/ERP.
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement monthly basis.
∎ Work together with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
∎ Developing and maintain external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g Auditors, bankers and statutory organizations;
∎ Managing the company's budget.
∎ Clear knowledge about Income TAX and VAT, the latest accounting laws and procedures and the Company Act.
∎ Assist in preparing in various reports.
∎ Analyze and prepare a weekly and monthly operation budget and provide a fund requisition.
∎ Other account-related jobs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Properly maintain and update daily accounts related records such as collection, payment, sales and purchases to Tally/ERP properly.
∎ Assist in making all kinds of Vendor payment and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
∎ Any other task as assign by the Management related to Accounting and Finance.
∎ Working experience on Tally software or ERPs will be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Computer knowledge, Bangla and English typing, MS Office Applications and Email.
