∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CA CC Preferred
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Internet Browsing, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Tally Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience on Trading Business Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check & verify all transactions before entry into the ledger; check money receipt, bill, voucher, daily expenses, etc.
∎ Responsible for reconciling all bank accounts and cashbooks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
∎ Ensure that ledgers and bank statements are reconciled on a regular basis
∎ Ensure that all financial records are maintained according to company requirements, including bank receipts, invoices, bank vouchers, bank statements, petty cash, vouchers, stock register, Profit & Loss Statement, etc.
∎ Ensure preparation of monthly payroll and staff salary
∎ Maintain Payable & Receivable Balance for monthly reconciliation
∎ Ensure on-time and appropriate record keeping of all transactions, LC transactions, etc.
∎ Deal with customer & supplier
∎ Prepare sales invoice
∎ Prepare financial statements and other financial reports like accounting ledger, trial balance, project summary, receipt and payment statement, balance sheet, income statement, and related accounting statements & reports.
∎ Co-operate with the External Audit team.
∎ Filling of Income Tax return of individual and company.
∎ Liaison with Bank and others Gov't Authorities such as VAT/Customs/Tax.
∎ Submission of monthly VAT Return-9.1
∎ Computation of Tax for the organization.
∎ Daily financial information provides to management.
∎ Follow up sales, purchase & commercial matter with the whole Organization.
∎ To perform any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
