∎ CA course completed (CACC) from any reputed CA firm.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Required experience on the following areas:
∎ Must be able to maintain day to day accounting functions including regular cash verification, bank and balance sheets, receipt & payment statement, accounts reconciliation, monthly accounts closing, timely submission of financial reports, billing etc
∎ Maintain & prepare all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different register related to finance & accounts.
∎ Should have competency on computer-based accounting system “Tally” & advanced knowledge in Excel and ensure transactions are properly recorded in to software in a timely manner.
∎ Checking of suppliers and vendors bill, maintain proper ledger and arrange payment systematically.
∎ Able to prepare Bills for Knitting & Dyeing factory works
∎ Conversant in L/C matters, LC Transfer, Buying house commission, source tax deduction etc
∎ Wages sheet check, verification & Finalization
∎ Having up to date knowledge of VAT & Personal Tax, Corporate Tax matter dealing (Tax Accounts Preparation, Return Submission, Attendance at hearing, Tax File follow up etc
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age equal to 40 /45 years
∎ Candidates who have experienced in Knitting & Dyeing unit will get preference
∎ Must have basic application knowledge & skill in working with MS Word, MS Excel, MS outlook, Internet Explorer, e -mail corresponding etc.
∎ Must be organized, self-motivated and Service minded.
∎ Strong Interpersonal communication & management skills
∎ Must have good communication skills in both English and Bangla languages
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills
∎ Candidate should be hard working like young, energetic with an attitude to be self-driven, dynamic, result oriented, honest and responsible.
