Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation in Finance/Accounting from reputed university with minimum CGPA:2.50 out of 4 or 2nd Class
∎ Minimum CA(Course Completed) from reputed CA firm with 400-600 marks completed of Knowledge level / completed Operational level (1000 marks) in CMA

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ On probation period, MT will receive monthly remuneration of 45000/- and other benefits and monthly remuneration of 52000/-after successful completion of graduation
∎ Upon successful graduation after 1 year, MT will be promoted to Sr. Executive as a permanent employee of Kazi Farms
∎ During the program MT will be given cross-functional job assignments and project in various locations across country
