Responsibilities & Context:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ''MTO' to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to grow into leadership positions while gaining comprehensive knowledge of our organization’s operations. During the training period, you will undergo structured development programs, hands-on project work, and mentorship from senior management to build strong managerial and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring management training programs.
Participate in cross-departmental rotations to gain insight into various organizational functions.
Conduct research and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
Coordinate training schedules, materials, and sessions for new hires and internal teams.
Track and evaluate training outcomes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
Support HR and senior management in planning and executing staff development initiatives.
Take part in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.
Job Other Benifits:
Probation Period (First 3-6 months): BDT 80,000 per month. Post-Probation (Upon Confirmation): BDT 1,00,000 per month. Additional benefits as per company policy (after confirmation).
