Educational Requirements:
∎ Other than Sales dept: 4 years of Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline.
∎ For Sales dept: HSC to Post Graduation (In any group/discipline.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Female candidates are encouraged to apply for posting all over Bangladesh except Chattogram City Corporation region.
∎ Sales Persons are responsible for working at Market Areas.
∎ Only fresh graduates are eligible to apply, but candidates with two or three months of experience may be considered.
∎ Must have a thorough understanding of the Microsoft Office suites
∎ Final selected candidates will be engaged as Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for one year (probationary period) and will receive an attractive monthly remuneration package/TA,DA.
∎ After successful completion of probationary period, they will be assigned to a senior position (based on ongoing evaluation and requisite competencies) under the Taha Family approved salary grade structure.
