∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Science (MSc) in EEE, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, CSE, Library Science, English, Econimics & Literature, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, CSE, Library Science, English, Econimics & Literature, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive purchase requisition and verify the requirement of procurement based on minimum reordering level and storage capacity
∎ Collect quotations from vendors/suppliers and negotiate to obtain the best price.
∎ Prepare the comparative statement and make the purchase order in ERP after approval
∎ Ensure product's specification during purchase to reduce rejection levels
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery & Review the quality of purchased products
∎ Monitor payment to the vendors, and intervene when necessary to ensure vendor satisfaction.
∎ Maintain communication with supplier & all concerned department.
∎ Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
∎ Discover potential suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Well conversant in English and Good in Mathematics.
∎ Minimum 4 First Class or equivalent throughout Academic Career.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Superb attention to detail.
∎ Experience in a management role or similar.
∎ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in English.
∎ A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
∎ Willingness to work longtime if required.
∎ Excellent time management skills.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
