Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: Rizvi Fashions Ltd. is a looking for energetic, proactive, and career-oriented fresh graduates with a textile engineering background to join our sewing production team as management trainee officers (MTO). Selected candidates will receive structured on-the-job training to develop their technical and management Skill in the sewing operation and garments manufacturing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day sewing floor operation to achieve production target.
- Monitoring Hourly production, Line efficiency and operator performances.
- Learning sewing machine operations, Garments constructions and other deferent sewing techniques.
- Assist in line balancing, Manpower allocation, add production planning.
- Monitoring product quality, helping minimize sewing and finding defect production and its rework.
- Coordinate with quality section, industrial engineering (IE) maintenance and other relevant Departments.
- Prepare daily Production reports and maintain necessary records.
- Follow the company polices, workplace safety standard and as compliance requirements.
- Work under the supervision, experienced production personal and perform other relevant duties and as when as assigned.
