Maintenance, Maintenance Analysis, Maintenance Control, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Paint, Steel
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform proper inspection and prepare planning for maintenance activity as per the given task by the Maintenance Head.
∎ Prepare machine breakdown report, root cause analysis of faults for any machine breakdown, and prepare report accordingly.
∎ Take part in and supervise all types of maintenance activity.
∎ Maintain the health and safety as per company policy in every work.
∎ Attending meetings, giving new ideas for improvement, and writing up reports.
∎ Maintain all necessary documentation required for maintenance and other purpose.
∎ Understand each department's (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Procurement, IT, etc.) daily processes and goals.
∎ Provide necessary support in the maintenance department by giving data entry, data analysis of various types of machinery, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to work as a team
∎ Good observation skills, willingness to learn and take ownership
∎ Self-motivated with sound judgment and logical thinking
∎ Hardworking mentality and capable of accepting challenges
∎ Comprehensive Knowledge of MS Office
∎ Strong verbal and written presentation skills
∎ Excellent math and computational ability
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD
