Job Context:
∎ Timing: Night Shift: 9pm - 6am
∎ Reporting to: Branch Manager
∎ Locations: Dhaka - Nikunja & Dhanmondi Offices
∎ 5 Days a week
∎ Fulfillment of services provided to clients, quality assurance of services generated by field workforce, timeliness of service delivery, revenue generation from client acceptance of proposals, cross team co-ordination, etc. After training, perform duties in different departments such as: Operations, Quality, Accounts, IT, etc. The MTO will be a part of the team that is responsible for optimal implementation of company`s activity plan and strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn line and staff functions, operations, management view points, company policies & practices that affect each phase of KITC's business.
∎ Vendor Management - through review and business meeting
∎ Ensure service quality and customer service
∎ The candidate must have a keen eye for detail, with excellent spelling, grammar & punctuation skills and analytical abilities

Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
