Job Context:
∎ Timing: Night Shift
∎ Working: 5 Days a week
∎ Locations: Dhaka - Nlkunja & Dhanmondi Offices
∎ Scope: Fulfillment of services provided to clients, quality assurance of services generated by field workforce, timeliness of service delivery, revenue generation from client acceptance of proposals, cross team coordination, etc. After training, perform duties in different departments such as: Operations, Service Quality, Accounts, IT etc. The MTO wit be a part of the team that is responsible for optimal implementation of company`s activity plan and strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn line and staff functions, operations, management view points, company policies & practices that affect each phase of KITC's business.
∎ Vendor Management - through review and business meeting
∎ Ensure service quality and customer service
∎ The candidate must have a keen eye for detail, with excellent spelling, grammar & punctuation skits and analytical abilities

Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
