Job Context:
∎ Timing: Night Shift: 9pm - 6am
∎ Reporting to: Branch Manager
∎ Locations: Dhaka - Nikunja & Dhanmondi Offices
∎ 5 Days a week

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fulfillment of services provided to clients
∎ Quality assurance of services generated by field workforce
∎ Timeliness of service delivery
∎ Revenue generation from client acceptance of proposals
∎ Cross team coordination, etc. After training, perform duties in different departments such as: Operations, Service Quality, Accounts, IT, etc.
∎ The MTO will be a part Of the team that is responsible for optimal implementation of company's activity plan and strategies.
∎ Learn line and staff functions, operations, management view points, company policies & practices that affect each phase Of KITC's business.
∎ Vendor Management - through review and business meeting
∎ Ensure service quality and customer service
∎ The candidate must have a keen eye for detail, with excellent spelling, grammar & punctuation skills and analytical abilities

Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
