Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process orders from international customers, ensuring they are fulfilled on time.
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential export opportunities and track global trade trends.
∎ Liaise with international clients regarding product orders, delivery schedules, and issues by complying with international rules and regulations.
∎ Manage the transportation of goods, including scheduling, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
∎ Collaborate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to manage inventory for export orders.
∎ Identify potential new markets for the company’s products.
∎ Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer requirements and market trends.
∎ Ability to visit more frequently in factories.
∎ Identifying, evaluating, and establishing relationships with suppliers. Negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best prices and quality.
∎ Creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and products.
∎ Monitoring procurement costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities, and managing budgets effectively.
∎ Generate an implement purchasing strategies to streamline procurement activities, reduce cost and insure timely delivery.
∎ Developing and implementing contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply in case of disruptions.
∎ Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, production, and finance, to ensure alignment and smooth operation of the supply chain.
