Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in Corporate Affairs daily activities like conducting meetings, writing minutes
∎ Ensure Reporting to Board of Directors as per Requirement
∎ Follow up Decisions taken at the meeting
∎ Support any initiative taken by the top management
∎ Draw Calendars for the Board and setting meeting as per requirement
∎ Help to summarize annual returns and other returns as when its due
∎ Ensure Board Meeting across the group in consultation & guidance from the Board of Directors
∎ Represent the company as per the directives of the management
∎ Support the Brand initiatives of the organization
∎ Assist in Event Activation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Package
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication Skill
∎ Must be hard working and Result Driven
∎ Able to work under pressure with top management
