Job Context:
∎ The Maintenance Supervisor in RI`s COVID 19 Hospital works under the supervision of the Logistics Officer in RI`s COVID 19 Hospital, and directly supports the all the maintenance activity in the hospital. The position will be responsible for all the maintenance facility activities for RI`s main hospital COVID19 response. This position requires accountability, flexibility, time management and ability to get works done in time.
∎ Reporting to: Logistics Officer, Ukhiya Office
∎ Department: Operations
∎ Expected Start Date: ASAP
∎ Contract length: Up to December 31, 2020.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support on maintenance works, and Assets in accordance to donor and RI guidelines
∎ Daily updating of database and maintenance assets
∎ Regular visit of the site and find out the maintenance need
∎ Follow with the maintenance team for implement and progress of the work
∎ Responsible to report weekly and monthly on the maintenance works
∎ Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 Years work experience in maintenance field or related field, preferably with NGOs.
∎ Able to prioritize, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.
∎ Able to work independently and within a team.
∎ Diligent in work processes.
∎ Flexible in schedule, attitude and work prioritization.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google software, particularly Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Word and MS Excel. Adobe suite preferred.
∎ Fluency in English & Bangla.

Salary:
∎ As per RI National Pay Scale Policy in Bangladesh

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Two festival bonuses in a year equivalent to one basic salary.
∎ Severance (8.33% of the monthly basic salary) goes with the monthly release of the salary.
