∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and implement best practices and systems to enhance sewing machine performance, accuracy, reduce maintenance costing and improve overall sewing machine efficiency.
∎ Submit ERP requisition, checking stock availability of spare parts of sewing machine, checking availability of sewing machine for new style and hire rental machine.
∎ Prepare documentation and communicate with management for sewing-related issues that could impact production timelines.
∎ Support in planning and organizing sewing line schedules to meet production deadlines.
∎ Coordinate daily activities to improve workflow and production output in the sewing section.
∎ Ensure the spare parts quality of sewing machine.
∎ Identify any defects or inconsistencies and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
∎ Supervise and support sewing mechanics, providing guidance and technical assistance as needed.
∎ Training to new staff and upgrading the skills of existing team members to meet production standards.
∎ Work on optimizing sewing techniques, machine adjustments, and operator allocation to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Ensure sewing machines and equipment are properly maintained and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
∎ Ensure all team members follow safety guidelines within the sewing section.
∎ Coordinate with the Cutting, Finishing, and Quality Assurance teams to align on production schedules and quality requirements.
∎ knowledge on Auto CAD, MS office & MS Excel etc.
