Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering degree in ME from any reputed engineering university (BUET/ RUET/ CUET/ KUET/ DUET/ IUT).
∎ BUET graduates are preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and Implement updated mechanical maintenance strategies and procedures.
∎ Carry out schedule and breakdown maintenance of all mechanical equipment including boiler and electrical substation.
∎ Supervise and lead all mechanical maintenance processes and operations.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in troubleshooting to minimize breakdown time.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in automation engineering and control system.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems, equipment and components in different work place to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair.
∎ Use technical knowledge, equipment documentation, safety procedures, and maintenance schedules to follow, improve, and develop preventive maintenance in order to avoid breakdown maintenance.
∎ Provide technical assistance to all sections wherever applicable in order to increase machine's longevity.
∎ Develop an archive for all spare parts with all records of technical parameter.
∎ Spare parts inventory and supply chain system control.
∎ Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and work with vendors and contractors as and when necessary.
∎ Responsible for the overall maintenance of the factory for any electrical issues including sub-station as well as Factory.
∎ Must complete any other assignment given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ The applicant should have at least 4 years working experience in the relevant position.
∎ Experience in large garments accessories (Carton, Printing Press) manufacturing company, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry , Manufacturing Process Industry, Textile Industry as a troubleshooter of PLC and CNC controlled machine is preferable.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
∎ Good understanding of the technical features of electrical and electronic systems.
∎ Proven experience as maintenance manager.
