∎ Lakdhanavi Ltd., a subsidiary company of LTL Holdings, Sri Lanka is a leading engineering conglomerate active in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of power plants in countries such as Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India and Nepal.
∎ The company seeks a dynamic and young engineer for managing the operation and maintenance works of 114 MW thermal power plant in Feni, Bangladesh.
∎ Workplace: 114 MW Thermal Power Plant, Feni, Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the maintenance, prevention and overhauls work and procedures of the power plant in compliance with established standards.
∎ Maintaining the necessary records for forecasting, parts replacement and budgeting .
∎ Optimize breakdown time and maintenance cost by applying efficient maintenance & inventory management systems.
∎ Train and guide the engineers & technicians by using proper training and guiding methods and develop effective maintenance standards.
∎ Provide engineering support for future needs and regulatory requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ A minimum of 04 years working experience in engine based HFO fired Power Plant.
∎ Self-motivated and ambitious.
∎ Higher energy and action oriented.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill in English & Bangla.
Salary: Negotiable
