Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering degree from any reputed engineering university (BUET/RUET/CUET/KUET/DUET/IUT).
∎ BUET graduates are preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and lead all electrical maintenance processes and operations.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in troubleshooting to minimize breakdown time.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in automation engineering and control system.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of audit requirements as per ACCORD & Alliance for electrical safety issue.
∎ Should have sound knowledge regarding assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronics wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures as per ACCORD.
∎ Carry out inspections on incoming spare parts.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of electrical and electronic systems, equipment and components in different work place to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair.
∎ Use technical knowledge, equipment documentation, safety procedures, and maintenance schedules to follow, improve, and develop preventive maintenance in order to avoid breakdown maintenance.
∎ Practical work experience with PLC and CNC controlled machine.
∎ Provide technical assistance to all sections wherever applicable in order to increase machine's longevity.
∎ Develop an archive for all spare parts with all records of technical parameter.
∎ Spare parts Inventory and supply chain system control.
∎ Responsible for the overall maintenance of the factory for any electrical issues including sub-station as well as Factory.
∎ Must complete any other assignment given by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ BUET graduates are preferable.
∎ The applicant should have at least 4 years working experience in the relevant position
∎ Experience in large garments accessories (Carton, Printing Press) manufacturing company, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Industry , Manufacturing Process Industry, Textile Industry as a troubleshooter of PLC and CNC controlled machine is preferable.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
∎ Good understanding of the technical features of electrical and electronic systems.
∎ Proven experience as maintenance manager.
∎ Candidates should have knowledge in compliance and safety issues as per demand of ACCORD, ALLIANCE, Others buyer.
