Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE/ME/Mechatronics Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the maintenance activities of PCB Machines in a planned & optimized way taken into account all the potential constrains, like machines, manpower, spares, production schedule etc.
∎ To prepare schedule maintenance plan & execute plan accordingly to all machines including chemical lines.
∎ To reduce breakdown of machine with proper root cause analysis and effective troubleshooting.
∎ To prepare annual budget for maintenance and CAPEX proposal as per requirement.
∎ To make sure spare requisition on time by co-ordination with inventory management.
∎ To carry out installation & commissioning works of new machines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Candidates should have experience on installation & commissioning of new machines.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on basic Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical maintenance work.
∎ Should have strong personality, proven leadership, trouble shooting skills & have capability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be good team player and target oriented.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
Salary: Negotiable
