∎ Need knowledge in compliance for engineering system, like Boiler, ETP, Substation and fire etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all mechanical/electrical equipment including pumps, conveyors, substation, meat processing machines, ETP/WTP and refrigeration systems.
∎ Maintain accurate records of mechanical/ electrical maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
∎ Monitor and maintain refrigeration systems to ensure optimal temperature and humidity conditions for meat storage.
∎ Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration equipment, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and controls. Like, Cold store, Chilled store, Flake ice and AC etc.
∎ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical/refrigeration faults promptly, minimizing downtime.
∎ Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment, including AVR, PFI, VFD, LT panel and various electrical equipment.
∎ Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the maintenance workshop and equipment.
∎ Collaborate with production and operations teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
∎ Supervise and train maintenance staff (if applicable).
∎ Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations. Like HACCAP, GMP etc.
∎ Conduct regular refrigerant checks and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of the slaughtering house premises for potential hazards and safety issues.
∎ Raise spare parts requisition on time.
