Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/BSC in Mechanical/Electrical/Power from any reputed organization.
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD Designing, Email Communications, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Electrical Maintenance, Industrial Utility Equipment, mechanical maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ All type of sewing, auxiliary machine breakdown follow-up.
∎ Repair maintenance sewing, mechanical and utility machineries.
∎ Ensure preventive machine maintenance & schedule machine maintenance.
∎ Running breakdown follow-up, manpower utilization.
∎ Lay-out preparation, attend PP meeting and risk analysis meeting.
∎ All type sewing machine attachment arrangement before layout and running style.
∎ Spare Parts stock maintain.
∎ Maintenance Budget maintain & Cost control by process development.
∎ Directly attend in Call basis and candidate have to capability for solved the problem and trouble-shoot by hand.
∎ Schedule wise log book maintain.
∎ Calendar wise preventive maintenance periodical.
∎ Machine Breakdown data analysis to find machine life cycle, performance & Machine health story record.
∎ Monthly and yearly Utility data record for making plan to reduce energy consumption and reduce wastage.
∎ Preventative maintenance (Machine, Boiler, Generator & Compressor).
∎ Ensure daily, monthly, weekly checklist.
∎ QMS & other audit preparation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
