Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Hands-on experience in the field of HVAC Systems. Able to trouble shoot any type of chiller and VRF problems. Having knowledge of the chiller operation, overhauling the compressor, able to test run & commission the chiller and VRF systems.
∎ Managing, Supervision, and Contract Administration of all Mechanical works.
∎ Checking and reviewing SLD and detail drawings (ACAD and hardcopies).
∎ Mechanical engineers are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all mechanical-related works at the site as per approved drawings methods and safety rules.
∎ Mechanical engineers design the mechanical components of a building, the air and plumbing systems within a building.
∎ The mechanical engineer is responsible for the records of the tasks, which will be the basis for troubleshooting later and may also impact the warranty claims.
∎ Air Conditioning - installing/planning the air conditioning systems of buildings such as chilled water system & VFR system.
∎ Having experience in the Installation, Maintenance, and Service of different types of elevators/lifts, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
∎ Carrying out all Mechanical Works and equipment installation activities.
Salary:
∎ Salary range : (30000-80000)

∎ Festival allowance will be provided.
∎ Transportation facilities will be provided.
∎ Work place will be within Dhaka city.
∎ Note: No medical facilities/food allowance will be given.
