Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from any public institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Maintanence
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To have ability for Planning and ensuring proper maintenance including break down maintenance, prevent maintenance, overhauling & schedule maintenance.
∎ Ensuring preventive Maintenance of all machines troubleshooting & any kind machines (Injection and blow molding, chiller, compressor, cooling Tower etc.), PLC, VFD, Servo Drive etc.
∎ To have technical knowledge about Generator, substation, switchgear, transformer & transmission.
∎ Calculate the Plant Load, Load balance & demand factors, Cable/Circuit breaker.
∎ To have sound knowledge & modest skills to operate overall standardized Mechanical & Electrical operation of large factory premises.
∎ To be responsible for all machinery documents up to date, (History Cards, Load- unload sheet, movement cards, & its proper documentation).
∎ Maintaining and ensuring, spares of machine & Keep consumption records & checklists of the same.
∎ He should be capable to work well under pressure & and should have willingness complete pending works before leaving factory.
∎ To communicate with higher management at any abnormal situation.
∎ Any other departmental works assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Troubleshooting & any kinds of machines (Injection molding, blow molding, chiller, compressor, Cooling Tower etc.) PLC, VFD, Servo Drive etc.
∎ To have technical knowledge about Generator, substation, switchgear, transformer & transmission.
