Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) / Bachelor of Science (BSc) in ME/EEE from Public / Private Universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge & modest skills to operate overall standardized Mechanical & Electrical operation of large factory premises.
∎ Ensuring preventive Maintenance of all machines of Plants.
∎ Maintaining and ensuring critical spares of machine & Keep consumption records & checklists of the same.
∎ Responsible for all machinery documents up to date, (History Cards, Load- unload sheet, movement cards, & its proper documentation).
∎ Should have technical knowledge about Diesel Generator (1000 KVA), substation, power Generation & transmission.
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance including break down maintenance, prevent maintenance, overhauling & schedule maintenance, and troubleshooting maintenance for different electrical components & Diesel Generator machines.
∎ Responsible for ensuring proper utilization of gas, electricity and other utilities for uninterrupted production with the help and assistance from concerned departmental heads.
∎ Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy.
∎ Repairing the defective inverter, PCB, power supply inside of factory.
∎ Calculate the Plant Load, Load balance & demand factors, Cable/Circuit breaker/ Distribution board/Transformer.
∎ Addressing and monitoring operational, technical and mechanical issues in a timely manner.
∎ Developing positive working relationship with the support divisions and operations team to ensure proper operational support
∎ To have ability to solve any Machineries problem / Mechanical Hazards & must inform immediately to the Operation Manager - production & General Manager -Factory.
∎ To have ability for Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
∎ Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, supervising engineering and technical / Artisan staff.
∎ Ensuring compliance with HES legislation.
∎ To be responsible for monitoring, supervision and controlling of all Electrical maintenance, Machine Maintenance, Trouble-shooting & Utility works of the Factory Plant.
∎ Attending all electrical & mechanical breakdowns and trouble-shooting works of all production & utility machineries to minimize production loss.
∎ Guiding and directing all immediate subordinate for planning, organizing and executing the factory works.
∎ Have to work with the Medium & High Voltage substation, power transmission & distribution equipment design, installation & commissioning & Maintenance.
∎ Communicating with the service engineer, erector and supplier regarding any unsolved problem of machinery.
∎ To maintain the connection with other internal departmental personnel for smooth running the factory.
∎ To communicate with higher management at any abnormal situation.
∎ Any other departmental works assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 07- 10 years' experience in a well reputed food/FMCG Industry, at least 03 years in similar post.
∎ Shift and 'On - call' work may be required; particularly manufacturing equipment is in continual 24 - hour operation.
∎ Should have ability to work well under pressure.
∎ Should have sound knowledge & proven track record in Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable (Yearly Reviewed) & as per Company Policy.
