Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledge of electrical safety standards.
∎ Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues.
∎ Strong understanding of electrical systems, generators, and air conditioners with tools.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and address issues promptly.
∎ Adhere to safety standards in all situations.
∎ Maintain records and reports; coordinate with contractors.
∎ Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply lines, sewage networks, and drainage systems.
∎ Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, including the use of tools like wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, and pressure testers.
∎ Proven experience in general maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor civil works.
∎ Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations.
∎ Experience with minor civil work, including patching walls, door repairs, and small-scale renovations.
∎ Knowledge of electrical safety standards.
