Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any Reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Civil Maintenance of Building
∎ Maintenance PABX System
∎ Monitoring of maintenance work of all split type & window type A.C
∎ Monitoring of maintenance of lifts
∎ Monitoring of electricity bill, WASA bill, generator fuel consumption bills
∎ Monitoring of cleaning work
∎ Preparing of agreement between Company & Tenants
∎ Monitoring of firefighting & fire equipment
∎ Office renovation & civil work monitoring
∎ Monitoring of arrangement of office furniture for other regional office
∎ Monitoring of water lifting pumps
∎ Monitoring of electric sub-stations
∎ Monitoring of generators
∎ Any work at Dhaka & outside of Dhaka when company required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must be smart, dedicated and well organized, proactive with sense of priority in completing the tasks assigned.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power Point, Office Outlook & Internet
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
