Job Responsibilities:
∎ To carry out post-handover maintenance service in various projects.
∎ To supervise and monitor maintenance works related issues.
∎ To communicate with customer & others for delivery of the service.
∎ Capable to manage official accounts properly.
∎ Ability to achieve customer's satisfaction by giving service as per company standard.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Adequate knowledge for bill of quantity (BOQ) at maintenance-related works.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English and Bangla.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have Computer knowledge- Auto CAD (2D-3D), MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Must be presentable.
∎ Candidate must be aligned with company vision, mission & core values.
