Educational Requirements:
∎ University degree, ideally majoring in Logistics or Finance.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate, analyze and prepare different periodic reports accurately and in time in relate to procurements of raw materials and logistics operations as per requirement of HCBL and HC Group practices which plays a critical role in the Top Management decision making.
∎ The incumbent must have capacity to develop good understanding of the Report Content.
∎ To ensure proper and steady flow of correct information which is required in decision making and various operational execution, the incumbent needs to coordinate various Logistics Operational and Procurement activities and maintain close liaison between Procurement and Logistics Managers and the Head of the Department.
∎ Formulate Demand Planning based on Sales Forecast data obtained from different defined internal sources.
∎ Formulate strategic shipment plan considering of different legal instruments, lead time and RM capacities in different locations etc.
∎ Placing orders to designated suppliers as per raw material requirements and shipment plan in consultation with Head of the Department.
∎ Ensure optimum use of storage capacities in all locations to avoid over-stock/shortfall through sturdy monitoring and supervision while doing such consider all relevant and possible factors. Make necessary adjustment in Shipment Plan if needed.
∎ Coordinate with Plant Logistics team and depending on material requirement, advise on cargo transfer as and when needed.
∎ Assist Head of the Department on various Strategic Tasks and other jobs as assigned and needed.
∎ Ensure compliance to HS policies and guidelines and HC code of business conducts.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Long experience in Logistics, with strong preference for broad-based within the MNC
∎ Having top-notch knowledge of the best practices of Financing and Regulatory matters specially which have a potential impact on the sourcing of the materials.
∎ Should have consistency, reliability, firmness, perfectionism, perseverance, and management.
∎ Advanced knowledge in Excel, Access and Business Intelligence Tools.
∎ Proficiency in English.
