Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sepal Logistics is looking for a talented and qualified logistics manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for overall activities of logistic management including but not limited to below responsibilities:
∎ Plan, monitor and follow-up inbound and outgoing deliveries.
∎ Select carriers and negotiate rates when needed.
∎ Supervise logistics, transportation, and customer services.
∎ Respond to any issues.
∎ Prepare bills, keep records of expenses and income.
∎ Evaluate budgets and expenditures.
∎ Involve in hiring when needed.
∎ Follow-up on truck maintenance and services.
∎ Keep constant monitoring of truck location and follow-up to ensure truck is being utilized optimally by reducing the maximum idle time
