∎ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to select products, plan content, and ensure a seamless live shopping experience.
∎ Create compelling and informative content for live sessions, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional offers.
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of live sessions, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
∎ Engage with viewers during live sessions, responding to comments and questions promptly and professionally.
∎ Utilize live streaming tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube Live) to conduct sessions.
∎ Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance live commerce efforts.
∎ Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in live commerce and e-commerce.
∎ Manage technical aspects of live streaming, ensuring high-quality audio and video production.
