∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Library Management
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review, develop and update school library policies and procedure
∎ Catalogue and classify books and other library resources, shelving those accordingly.
∎ Maintain online catalogue
∎ Run and manage Library Management Software
∎ Conduct Annual Inventory of existing book resources
∎ Conduct and assess reading sessions of students
∎ Check and maintain "Library Register" of the students on the basis of issued library books.
∎ Suggest new book list as per students' demand and procure those
∎ Perform any other services related to the library as requested by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum masters degree from any renowned university in Bangladesh and Abroad
∎ Excellent skills in written & spoken English, inter personal relations, computer word processing & spreadsheets and remote learning technology
∎ Knowledge on working with Library Management Software
∎ Experience in related field is preferred
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Knowledge of books and passion for reading
∎ Ability to make administrative decisions, interpret policies, and supervise staff
∎ Ability to motivate, establish and maintain effective working relationships with teachers, associates, subordinate, students and others staff.
∎ Ability to know the methods of acquiring library materials
Salary: Negotiable
