Responsibilities & Context:
∎ What You’ll Do:
∎ * Guide senior management on legal governance and operational compliance.
∎ * Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to safeguard the company’s interests.
∎ * Manage legal risks, handle disputes, and oversee intellectual property matters.
∎ * Ensure compliance with international laws and oversee license renewals.
∎ * Advice on corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
∎ * Conduct legal research and train employees on compliance policies.
∎ What We’re Looking For:
∎ * Education: Bar-at-Law, LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
∎ * Expertise: In-depth understanding of corporate law, contracts, and regulatory frameworks like GDPR.
∎ * Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
∎ * Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite & MS Office.
∎ * Experience: A self-motivated individual with the desire to tackle new challenges.
