Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Speedaf Bangladesh with legal advice on operational matters for the business.
∎ Advising on, drafting, and negotiating contracts with third parties such as marketing partners, suppliers, vendors, Site acquisition parties, and other relevant contracts.
∎ Advice on privacy, competition, consumer law, and other legal questions related to the logistics industry as well as managing litigation.
∎ Liaise with our legal teams based in global HQ and regional legal teams to ensure common standards and practices on all legal matters.
∎ work closely with other departments and management to keep the business safe and protected from a legal perspective.
∎ Work on a deadline to meet the company's legal documents, licenses are updated and all compliances related to legal perspective are completed.
∎ Well conversant with local laws relating to the logistics industry and able to attend courts hearings and legal mediation
∎ Liaise with external law firms and legal counsels as and when required.
∎ Take charge of all corporate governance and corporate secretarial matter
∎ Any other jobs as and when required by the Management

∎ Age at most 40 years
