Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct classes
∎ To prepare lesson plans, lecture materials and activities involved in developing curriculum
∎ To take class tests and quizzes
∎ To evaluate student's assignments
∎ To set question papers and to evaluate answer scripts
∎ To prepare class routine and semester schedule
∎ To attend departmental and general meetings
∎ To counsel students
∎ To work in a team
∎ To perform other work designed by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 or 2 years' experience will be preferable. (Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.)
∎ To have knowledge about Creative System
∎ To have knowledge about subject & syllabus
∎ Must have knowledge of effective classroom management strategies, excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
∎ To perform all academic responsibilities related to students' exam, parents dealing and other duties as the position requires
∎ Must be creative and energetic
∎ Must have passion for teaching
