Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Khilkhet Naval Area, Namapara, Khilkhet, Dhaka-1229 (Beside Lake City Concord and opposite to Bashundhara Residential Area)
∎ 01 lecturer for each subject of Bangla, English, ICT, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking the challenge of teaching in innovative ways to ensure quality education
∎ Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
∎ Implementing day to day program under the direction of the Principal
∎ Preparing lessons, lesson plans, lecture materials, reports, conducting particular classes and being actively involved in developing curriculum for the study.
∎ Ensuring active participation of students in classes.
∎ Checking student works, meeting with parents, attending training.
∎ Taking part and be willing to contribute to different day to day activities for the welfare of the college.
∎ Participating in college events.
∎ Taking care of the students with love and joyful motivation .
∎ Meeting the deadlines specified in the academic calendar for submission of examination related activities.
∎ Demonstrating the ability of using multimedia in the classroom.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Registered with NTRCA (College).
∎ Have ability to understand student's psychology.
∎ Should be strong in both oral and written English communication skills.
∎ Should be smart, creative and energetic.
∎ Cheerful and positive attitude to student's.
∎ Can handle any situation when needed.
∎ Previous experience will be preferred.
∎ Have working experience with computer and office software.
Salary:
∎ Salary Scale (22000-1300X6-7800-1500X7-10500-40300).
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ House Rent Allowance, Medical Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Tiffin Allowance, Festival allowance will be provided as per organization policy.
∎ Other benefits like Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund are applicable after becoming permanent.
