Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Medical Technology in Pathology, Nursing, Dental, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Diploma in Engineering in Computer, Mechanical, Textile, Automobile, Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Electronics. B. Sc. will be added qualification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials,grade sheet, student database and maintain good relation with students.
∎ Conduct Theory class and apply digital methodologies for class conduction
∎ Conduct Practical and workshop courses
∎ Conduct classes for short courses or lifelong skills
∎ Conduct Quiz, Class Test and Viva
∎ Exam invigilation, scripts scrutiny, prepares tabulation Sheet, and others departmental works.
∎ Assist the Head of the Institution and Coordinators and report to the Head of the Institute before leaving the campus.
∎ Chain of Command maintenance and Daily Time Reporting in Portal
∎ Organize Extra Curricular Activities( Picnic, Annual Sports, Industrial Tours, Cultural Events) and proactive participation in different programs.
∎ Ensure that students are following institutional code of conduct strictly .
∎ Conduct different means of communication for students enrollment (Visit schools and Guardians and counselling over phone )
∎ Organize Attachments of 7th Semester Students
∎ Counsel students, dealing parents
∎ Prepare weekly progress report
∎ Supervising projects if any
∎ Keep Liaise with Industries and find the prospective companies for job placement of our students.
∎ Assist Institution for revenue collection.
∎ Any other duties/ work assigned from the time to time by the authority
∎ Have to have full idea of Computer Technology.
