Additional Requirements:
∎ Qualifications Required:
∎ Master’s degree (minimum) in a relevant subject; PhD preferred
∎ A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, PGCHE) is desirable
∎ Experience in teaching in higher or further education settings
∎ Strong knowledge of UK degree structures and learning outcomes
∎ Proven ability to adapt and implement the UK curriculum for international delivery
∎ Required Skills:
∎ Experience with blended or online learning environments
∎ Ability to engage and support international student cohorts
∎ Industry or research experience in your subject area
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

∎ Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials to undergraduate and/or international foundation students
∎ Develop course content, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with UK higher education standards

∎ Participate in curriculum development and internal academic review processes
∎ Engage in departmental meetings and contribute to quality assurance
