Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related field with 3-4 years from any recognized university.
∎ At least 3 (three) first divisions/ Classes/ A grades.
∎ Ph.D/ M.Phil degree will be given preference.
∎ Candidates with 3rd class/ division or CGPA below 3.0 in any public examination need not to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting lectures and seminars on electrical and electronics engineering subjects to undergraduate students.
∎ Preparing course materials such as lecture notes, assignments, and exam papers.
∎ Participating in curriculum development and revision as needed.
∎ Providing academic and research advising to students.
∎ Participating in faculty meetings, departmental meetings, and other university events.
∎ Conducting research in electrical and electronics engineering and publishing research papers in relevant journals.
∎ Securing research funding from external sources to support research activities.
∎ Serving on academic committees and providing service to the university community.
∎ Engaging in professional development activities to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of electrical and electronics engineering.
∎ Assist in the administration of the department, such as student recruitment and retention, budget management, and accreditation-related activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional experience in robotics & embedded systems will be preferable.
∎ Experience in teaching will be an added advantage.
