Educational Requirements:
∎ Must hold a 4-year Honors Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) form any recognized University.
∎ Preference will be given to applicants with an MSc/MPhil in EEE.
∎ Candidates must have achieved a minimum of three (3) First divisions/Classes or A grades.
∎ Candidates with a 3rd Class/Division or GPA/CGPA below 3.00 in any public examination need not apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for delivering lectures and conducting tutorials for students in the Department of EEE. This involves preparing lecture notes, creating presentations, and engaging students in interactive sessions.
∎ To develop course materials such as syllabus, course outline, assignments, quizzes, and exams in coordination with other faculty members in the Department of EEE.
∎ Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, such as assignments, exams, quizzes, and project work.
∎ To provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, helping them set academic goals and advising them on course selection and career paths.
∎ Conduct research in the EEE field of expertise and publish papers in reputed journals and conferences. Participate in research activities within the Department and collaborate with other researchers.
∎ To maintain professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and other relevant training programs to stay updated with the latest developments in the EEE field.
∎ Build industry connections and establish collaborations with industry partners to create opportunities for internships and employment for students.
∎ To maintain high academic standards in teaching, research, and service, and uphold the university's policies and procedures.
∎ Assist in the administration of the Department, such as student recruitment and retention, budget management, and accreditation-related activities.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience in teaching will be an added advantage.
